The burner ignites and then it goes out when the fan comes on. i have already cleaned the flame sensor and replaced the thermostat.

Hello, if all the burners are not firing up then they must be cleaned out, usually dirt gets in the crossover parts of the burner and the gas cant flow to all the burners and therefore the flame sensor will turn off the furnace for safety. Clean the burners out this should fix the problem.
two things the pressure switch not working or the fan control afc not working could need cleaning at the back of the afc try this the afc works on temp rise to bring on the fan afc temp fall to shut of fan so it sound like the afc is not coming on at temp rise, also check if air filter is clean
I would guess that the fan off setting on your limit is set a little to high. If you have the manual you can see what it says about changing the running time for the fan after the burner has shut off look on the control board and you should see two switches, one to set the time for burners to fire before main blower starts and one to set time for fan to run after burners shut off. To help with the problem you are describing set fan run time up so fan wii run longer. Hope this helps. Thaks.
It sounds more likely that your fan is not pushing enough air across the heat exchanger. If you have a multi-speed fan, I would suggest increasing the blower speed. Otherwise you will continue to cycle on and off on the high limit. Also make sure that you do not have any return or supply vents blocked off, as this often times will cause the same problem. Hope this helps.
On a Trane furnace the fan realy must energize before the electric strips will come on. On the thermastat. See if there is setting for electric heat. This will bring the fan on and the strips should come on. First just turn on your heat and and turn fan to on postion if it works you need to set tstat to electric heat mode. Most of the time there is sswitch in the back of the stat that says gas elec. Turn to electric. Rus
Your induce fan motor senor is out. The little fan motor that take out the heat has a sensor that tells the furnace thats its working. Some time it get stuck. Try blowing and sucking into the tube. you should hear a click
it very well sounds like your fan switch , does your fan work at all, like in ac mode on by turning the fan on/auto switch on the thermostat to ON. If the fan does come on its the more and likely the limit switch. if it doesnt come on it could be the motor or the run capacitor. the limit switch has a dial on it that as it heats up it spins clicking on at a desired set temp ussually about 120 to 150 degrees F. turning on the fan if the fan doen't come in the the next setting clicks off the gas valve turning off the burners ussually set at about 220 degrees F. now if the fan is working when the heater is satisfied there is a setting at about 90 deegrees F. that shuts the fan off hope this helps
