SOURCE: Janome Memory Craft 7000 Sewing

My Memory Craft 7000 sometimes does the same thing, if it's very cold. Try warming it up by placing it near a heat source, a vent or a floor heater, for a few minutes. Then it works perfectly.
I've used these machines for over 20 years now, and they're my favorite!

If this doesn't solve your problem, you need to take it in for servicing.

They are work horses, but they do need their maintenance from time to time.

I hope this helps you.

I have a Memory Craft 7000 sewing machine, which has been in storage for some years. I have lost the screw that fixes the attachment to which the sewing feet click into. Sorry I can't describe it...

Ask your local Janome Dealer they ought to be able to access these if not have one in stock.
Janome Global site LINK, select your Country then use the Dealer Locator....or try the local phonebook.
