Question about Computers & Internet
Make sure you have a wired (ethernet) connection to your router if you plan to change settings.
You can then log in to the router’s settings by typing http://192.168.1.1 into the address bar of a web browser (or you could try www.routerlogin.net ) .
At the prompt, enter your username and password. If you haven’t changed the defaults, enter username: admin and password: password.
You should now see a screen where you can access your settings. Hope this helps you...

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
