Calphalon hard anodized pot got damaged in dishwasher
Calphalon hard anodized pots and pans are not supposed to go in the dishwasher - they get surface damage - white chalky coating on surface. One of our renters put one in the dishwasher, and I am trying to fix it. Flitz metal polish doesn't work, nor does scrubbing it.

Without asking you, I am supposing you had a glass lid, since the aluminum or steel would hardly break.
Since there is a really high possibility your pot was made in China, the answer is, not very likely.
However, you might try some thrift stores, or "e-bay" on the computer, or "Amazon", and ask around.
You should measure the diameter of the old one, or the pot/pan diameter and decide how wide the lid is, and go from there.
God bless your efforts.
check the thrift store (goodwill, Etc). Measure the diameter that the lid should be to fit the pot and perhaps a glass lid from another appliance will work. Or, even a metal pot or pan lid (better than nothing)
To better address the problem with your nonstick pot... I need more information on the steps you have used to clean the pot and the extent of damage to the pot itself.
You indicated that the damage has occured between the pot and the inner surface of the cooker base? Is this a corrosive damage or a build up of material on the inner liner of the base?
Often times a build up of 'hard water' minerals accumulates on the inner surface due to condensation and occasional overflows from the foods being cooked. They can appear to be a type of fungus or mold.
My knob melted off my crock pot... I was left with a screw and a nut.
I replaced my knob with a knob from another glass cover from a sause pan... works great. (and it's a nicer handle).
you can get a cheep pan with a glass cover from a dollar store or thrift shop.
hope this helps
Take it back to the shop you bought it from with the packaging if you still have it, and the receipt which you will need. If you don't have the receipt anymore try contacting the manufacturer, they will be able to determine if it is still in warranty from its serial number.
It could be vibration inside the dishwasher rather than heat that caused it to break though I would say it happened while cooking when you return it in case they try and make out that is isnt dishwasher proof
