Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W50 Digital Camera
Yesterday I took my son to the beach... While I was taking a photo of him he grabbed a stick and put it in his mouth my mother instinct leaped at him while having my Sony DSC W50 CyberShot camera in my hand. A little sand got in it and I could not close or open it and it had a message saying something like close and reopen. I took it home and my husband used a toothpick and toothbrush and managed to clean it up, now the message is gone and the lens will open and close (focus) but the eye shutter(the part that protects the lens)wont close at all! And there is very little noise when focusing... we need some help I called and found out that it would cost me $90 an hour and I just had a baby and I'm not working and money I don't have!!! Please help
Does warrantys cover sand in the lens?
