Hi. I have a HTC WILDFIRE A3333 about 2 years now and recently it has given me no end of problems with the battery (i assume). When the phone is plugged in I can use it mostly with no problems but even when the battery is fully charged it constantly crashes/switches off when I try to do anything whether it be using an App or listening to music or making/answering a call. I have googled every option I can think of but with no real answers as yet. Internal memory with this model - A3333 is a serious issue too and is making me consider rooting the phone. Initially I thought the crashing was due to too much stuff on the phone but I have got rid of a lot and has made no difference. Would it be that the phone/battery is getting old? Should I just replace the battery? Or are there any other options? I cant really afford to buy another phone. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards, Derek.

Hi
I was trying to transfer some ringtones from old phone to G1 and facing the same problem.
And now somewhere from net I found the solution to my problem.
Although it could not be done by bluetooth, but my problem is solved now.
You can also try it. It may help you out.
> Transfer ringtones/music/photos from your phone to Desktop
> Connect G1 to Desktop by USB cable
> On the top of G1 screen it will show the icon of USB (connected)
> Scroll down from the icon and select 'copy files from computer'
> Select 'Mount'
> On desktop a massage will appear, click 'open folder & show files'.
> Copy & Paste files from computer to G1. Now your files are in G1
> If you want to set any song as ringtone press & hold that song, a menu will appear and you can select 'set as ringtone'

Well hope so you didn't damaged the sensors! try this : use the phone until battery is empty and switches off. then put it on the charger for 4 hours. If no joy,try different battery to make sure that device is not damaged and get a new battery.

The battery is
flat.
If the battery is very
flat sometimes the phone will not start charging or turn on even when a power
cable is connected.
This worked for me:
- Remove battery
- Insert power
cable/usb cable
- Orange charge
light should start flashing
- Re-insert battery
- Leave phone charge
for a couple of hours
- Turn on

hey hi....
this is the problem usually caused by virus
and sometimes it might be software failure also, which causes some of the
menu not tofunction, the only solution is to flash ur phone software from the
nearest HTC serice centre,it also updates your mobile software which
increases the mobile speed....
thank you.....take care................
