Error 1,2 is no error found---if you unplugged the set it will clear another error and you will get 1,2 error.

If the set has another issue turn it on and let it fail, then do the self check again.

SOURCE: I have a mitsubishi tv

Hello,

The problem is from the lamp of the television, it is about to develop a fault that is why the picture is getting darker.

With time, it will get darker until there will be nothing showing on the screen.
Have the lamp replaced and your television will be in good condition once again, and if it does not work after changing the lamp, then the problem is from the t-com board, have them both checked before replacing any of them.

Take care
