If the fan only has 2 wires a blue and a white, blue goes to power supply white goes to neutral. Fan switch itself provides the 3 speeds.

Make sure the light wire coming out of the TOP of the fan is connected to the hot wire in the ceiling.

You can usually find stuff like that in the fan section at Home Depot or Lowes. A local ceiling fan/lighting specialty shop will certainly have a cover. Look in the yellow pages for shops in your area.

NO NO NO..... Blue is Neutral...
BLACK is PHASE, BROWN is PHASE, RED is PHASE
WHITE is NEUTRAL, BLUE is NEUTRAL
Green, Green/Yellow is EARTH

The dome just pulls off.
