Could be corrupted, delete the pairing profile from your phones bluetooth menu. Then remove the battery from your cellphone while it is powered on, leave the battery out for 10 seconds then put it back in and reset the phone. Consult the bluetooths manual for how to reset the device/put it back into pair mode, then search in your cells bluetooth menu and pair/connect. Then pin is usually 0000 or 1234.
Are you trying to pair these two devices? In that case enter any number as your PIN when prompted and enter the exact number in the other device when it asks for. PIN number is asked when you try to pair two or more bluetooth devices. PIN can be any number but make sure you enter the same number in all devices.
I hope it helped.
I just figured this out after having my blueset linked with my old phone. I couldn't remember my password for the life of me to connect it with my new phone. Finally I turned on my bluetooth headset and then held the call button for about ten seconds. After that I proceeded to search on my phone for the bluetooth and link it. The password is 0000. I hope that helps!
