Question about Sony DCR-HC52 Mini DV Camcorder
I was using my camera today and all of the sudden the touch screen went grey/white and I could no longer use it? I haven't dropped it and I have taken very good care of it since I bought the camera. I can't even play videos on the TV because to do that you have to be able to use the touch screen and it won't let me do so...Any suggestions?
You can import your video to Windows Movie Maker using their controls. Before disconnecting, rewind - then shoot more video.
Or buy a flex cable from Amazon and replace it using http://www.serviciotecnologia.com.ar/ . . . but I don't recommend it because it's difficult to follow.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
