Your best bet is to look on eBay. Search for price low to high. Often you can find CHEAP replacements in Hong Kong. They take a long time to arrive (3-6 weeks) but the savings are usually worth it.

If the screen is cracked, there is no other way to repair it, rather than replacing it. Replacing the screen will cost around 2/3rd of the total cost of the TV. Screen cracking will not come under warranty, as it is not the fault with the company which manufactured it.

Warranty wont cover a cracked screen since its not a manufacturing fault its "abuse" (droping the phone etc)
You will have to pay nokia to replace / repair the phone. You can possibly order a replacement screen from ebay for example and replace the screen yourself or get a local repairer to replace the screen for you.

Not the very best solution to your problem and this might not be something you want to hear or know but the cost to replace a broken or crack screen exceeds the cost of a new TV. I know it does not make sense but is a way to get more business from consumers.
If the crack does not affect the overall picture then I would just leave it the way it is.
It sounds like you only broke the outer layer, digitizer, which takes the stylus inputs. If the screen still shows properly, then your LCD screen is not broken.
I don't know about replacing the LCD screen, but to replace the digitizer, ebay the search words (axim, x5, digitizer) and find a $15 or so replacement.
