Question about Kodak EasyShare M1033 - black Digital Camera

I CAN'T HEAR THE AUDIO on my kodak M1033 HD Digital Camera

I took some videos using my Kodak EasyShare M1033. Then took out the card and transfered the video to my computers and it did not play the audion on both of them. I played the video with GOM Player, Windows Media Player and Haihaisoft Universal Player and no audio whatsover.

Is there any solution to this. Both my computers have plenty of Disk Space available and I played some music just to check if the speakers were messed up but it played the music just fine.

Has anybody else been able to hear the audio on Windows XP computers fine?

Thank you

I solved the problem! I needed to play the files with the lastest version of QuickTime. I think it is version 7.2 right now.

    It works perfectly now.

Insert the memory card in a computer that accepts that type of card (card slot) and see if this other computer can recognize the format. If so, download those files to that computer.

I have a kodak M1033 camara with a SD HC PNY optima 240 HD 16 GB and the camara says internal memory is full and is only 1/2 minute video in the camara please help

Hi!
Sonds like the camera hasn't switched to the memory card. Go to setup and set memory to Auto not Internal. If that doesn't help, it's possible that the camera doesn't support 16GB card, but it should give you a card error then, so check the memory settings first.

Faulty playback after transfer to PC - Kodak M1033

1. Try playing the same vedio in camera itself. If it plays well then there is no problem in camera and also in capturing.
2. If playback is problem in camera itself, then try resetting the camera back to factory setting.
3. If problem is not with your camera, then try playing those vedio in players like klmegacodec or VLC player. Because most of the vedios captured in camera or mobile phone finds difficult to played on normal media players in system.

Sound

From the manual:
"To hear audio, transfer the video to your computer."

The camera doesn't play the audio, though it records it. You need to transfer the video to a computer in order to hear it.
