SOURCE: Fridge Leaking water from front right hand corner

Most likely you're correct, the defrost cycle produces water that is supposed to be captured in a holding tray, pan, etc. If the pan is cracked it would leak out or if the drip tube (pipe) is not in place it would miss the pan. It may be easier to remove the contents of the small frige and tip it over some to see what you can down there. I assume this small unit doesn't have any water souce to it (no ice maker or water). Check the tubing for damage and see if you can find the holding pan to inspect for crackes, etc.

yes, get a pipe cleaner and put in to the hole to try and clear if not from the back you will find the pipe which will be clipped to a plastic tray on the compressor. unclip and blow up the pipe this will always clear the blockage.

SOURCE: water beneath my salad bin

if the drain is truly not blocked then the water will go down it. try poking a piece of thin wire down it to check, and have a look on the outside at the back - some models have a tray or tank where this water collects that may be full - else the fridge drain should be plumbed into a drain - check from the outside too. Also check if the fridge is truly level. The feet allow you to adjust this and see - sometimes a small change in angle can spoil the drainage characteristics of these machines (possibly even lean it backwards a little if it looks like this might help). the only other possibility is if the fridge drain is fixed into another drain, that another appliance or fixture is causing back pressure - if so you would be able to see bubbling into your fridge if you sat and watched while someone else ran all the sinks/toilets/washers/dishwashers etc around the house - in theory though when all these other items are not running then the water should still drain.

SOURCE: problems with fridge

Your drain tube must be stopped up with ice at the upper end because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it. Once you get the ice out at the top a little air pressure will usually clear it out. Flush it out with hot water and clorox may help. Make sure it drains quick enough. The drain should be located below the evaporator coils on the lower back of the freezer.

Hi our CB18M/1c/FAN keeps gathering water under the salad trays please advice thankyou

You say it runs down the channels.
Is their a drain hole at the bottom?
If the drain hole is blocked then you will need to unblock it using compressed air or a thin piece of medium flexible wire.
It should drain to a pan near the compressor and evaporaste from
there. Sometimes a loose particle of food can block the drain, usually at the back lower position of the fridge.

Hi,I found out that there are two resons for this that I know off.
one the drain hole where the water runs down at back of fridge is blocked, second one is when you put food in the fridge and it gose and tuches the back wall of the fridge it couses the water on the back of the fridge to the veg tray insted of going out of the overflow hole at the back, hope this was some help.

Bottom of fridge keeps fill with water

It might be a thawing situation? check the temperature of the fridge and see if it can get colder. If the temperature is already at it's coldest I would call a matianance person and have them check and maybe replace the fridge if it is a deeper issue.

I had the EXACT same problem. I've just used a wire coat hanger and pushed it through the hole that the plunger couldn't impact and all the water drained out perfectly! Problem solved!

I have a zanussi ZI 920/9K and the fridge has water under the salad drawer every day but the drain hole is not blocked - what else might it be?

two solutions
1...a door seal leak
2...you are puting food in that is warm or not covered and its the condensation from these that collects on the shinny surface of the salad drawer.....
remember, every time you open the door warm air from the kitchen replaces the cold air inside the fridge,it does not dry the air like a dehumidifier....
hence water droplets gather.....

What is causing water to build up inside the refrigerator section? there is water in the crispers and on the shelves.

A condensation problem inside a fridge, normally means either, you are puting uncoverd food /or food that has a high water content (i.e.salads) into the fridge, which may be warmer than the inside temperature of the fridge, hence condensation(leaving the door open too long has the same effect)only remedy is paper towels in bottom of crisper so that salads dont go soggy.and wipe out fridge as often as needed.
