How can I open the page

Locate your router. There should be a label which displays your default gateway. The Default gateway displays a number. It should show a number like
  • 192.168.0.1
  • 192.168.1.1
  • 10.0.0.1
Open your browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, ETC..) Type the default gateway number into the search engine text box on top of the screen press enter or return (mac). The page should now show user name and password. Locate the router and locate the default credentials. For example. most routers requires the user name to be blank and the password is password. About obtaining an IP address. Routers are usually set to option the IP address automatically unless you manually set a static IP address which is not recommended.

I have an Eyemax DV-9060 that I am unable to remotely view from my iPhone 6. I currently have the DVR set to a fixed local IP of 10.0.1.13, and have my router (modem/router combo unit from Comcast)...

If you are setting this up as a static IP then you need to have the router IP address input into the DVR to allow it to pass through. You also need to have a gateway set up to allow incoming and outgoing signals to the host site.

I have a in-home router set up for a smart tv and a roku device for another tv. When trying to open internet explorer all I get is a white screen. Only after having to restart my computer am I able to...

You may want to check your PC is getting an IP address;
From the command prompt do
ipconfig /all

You should see a line which says gateway: 192.168.1.1
If the gateway is blank then your router is unable to issue your PC with an IP address.

Whats the problem when my phone says communication host not found

The phone is attempted to contact a Project Server and was unable to make the connection because the Host (server) was not found. The Host Name did get converted into an IP Address, but the Host itself could not be located. Often these messages are indicative of a temporary failure, particular if the host / device was functioning properly and no changes were made, at all, and the internet connection otherwise functions properly.

You may need to contact the phone carrier or the manufacturer for second opinion.

Have a great day!

Unable to access Internet, WAN IP Address present

First you will need to open up your internet browser (Internet Explorer/Netscape) and go to http://192.168.1.1. You will be prompted for a username and password. By default there is no username and the password is admin. Once you arrive at the routers setup page click on the Advanced tab. Once the page finishes loading, you'll find you will be on the "Filters" tab. Look down and make sure that there are no numbers other than 0 in the boxes on that page. If there are, then you will need to replace them with 0's and click Apply, then Continue. Once you've done that, you're going to want to look for Dynamic Routing at the top, and then click on it. Once that page finishes loading, make sure that the "Working Mode" is set to Gateway, not ?Router?, and that tx and rx are set to Disable not RIP-1 or RIP-2. If a static IP address has been set on the computer, verify the gateways matches the Router's LAN IP Address. If there aren't any installed gateways, add the Router's LAN IP Address. When setting static IP Addresses, you must also input the DNS servers. For more information on assigning static IP addresses, please see the related article on assigning static IP addresses.
