A Lot of the T8 style have very little room to move the tubes around, check a few things:
See if you need to remove the tubes in a specific order,
See if the ends of the fixture are removable,
Instead of dropping both ends of the tube drop one side first,
Sometimes after the tube has been twisted and dropped slightly you may have to maneuver the pins to avoid the fixture.

I have 3 new t5 4 bulb ho high bay fixtures with an advance ICN-4S54-90C-2LS-G ballast. When I turn on the switch only the 2 outside bulbs light up on all 3 fixtures. How can I make the inside bulbs

If only two bulbs are lighting on ALL the fixtures, this usually indicates wiring.
Check wiring diagram as follows.
If unsure, contact local electrician to ensure proper wiring within your states electrical code.

Whats the difference in the ED17 & BD17 HPS light bulb

HPS bulbs and fixtures are normally designed to use bulbs specific to that fixture. Many times one type of bulb will work while a similar looking one will not. Make sure you use only the type specified on the fixture and you avoid the problem.

We have Lithonia 2 bulb fixtures in a recessed ceiling. We currently have 2 (25) watt bulbs in them. What wattage can I upgrade to ??

The ballast inside the fixture is rated to operate 2 25w bulbs. You can't put higher wattage bulbs in this fixture, unless you change the ballast. Sorry.

are there any clips on the fixture that hold the cover, if not, the cover probably wraps on to the fixture.

I put brand new T8 light bulbs in a fixture but the lights are still flickering is it the ballast.

Are they actually flickering on and off?- or just sort of Twirling patterns of lighter and darker shade of light? -- That is normal when the bulbs are new-- That should become steady in a few days.

If not-- tell us more what is happening-- in detail.

Replacing old flor 48" tubes

There are three types of fluorescent 48" bulbs t 12, t8, and t5. they are not interchangable. if you have a fixture that has a t12 type ballast, it will not light up the t8 bulbs. you have to change the ballast to a t8 style. just to clarify, the number stands for 10ths of an inch in diameter on the bulb. a t12 is 1.2 inches, a t8 is .8 inch and a t5 is .5 inch.
