Question about Canon PIXMA MP230 Multifunction color photo Inkjet Printer
I had a 180 and a 250 multifunctional canon scaner and in my job I scan the invoices we issue, if I do it today, next day I scanned the next invoices and I just had an option that said just "add" and the new scanned invoices went directly to the file I had started before, in my new canon MP 230 I have not been able to find this option and when one day I scan the invoice 1 and 2 for example, next day I do not know how to add invoice 3 and 4 to the file where I save the first two invoices.......in the other scaners I knew hot to do that. or is it that in the MP 230 this is impossible to do?? please help me, this is one of the more important activities I use the scanner for......

When you choose email or pdf you should be shown a file name of the file - search your computer for this file using Start>Search>For Files and Folders (XP) or Start>Search (Vista). When you locate the folder the files are in create a shortcut to it on your desktop. The obvious places to look would be in your My Documents folder or the Program Folder for the application (C:\Program Files\Canon?)

Had this same problem and just fixed it. You need to actually change the button settings in Navigator. Open MP navigator and choose One-Click, then click Button Settings. You can choose a new save destination from here. Even though you are using the software instead of the button on the device, it works.

Sounds like you have the wrong driver installed, go to canon website and download a new driver for the machine
