Question about Toshiba Satellite A205-S5861 (PSAE3U-07D023) PC Notebook

Startup Laptop was booting upto startup screen and it was stucked. I am not able to log in to my account Please help

Restart the machine, during reboot press F8 on the keyboard (or other F key listed during bootup) then try and boot into safe mode or repair mode.

It all depends on which operating system you have
Reboot your computer. Press the "F8" key as it boots up, and continue pressing it until the Advanced Boot Options screen appears. Use the arrow keys to select "Safe Mode with Command Prompt" and press "Enter" to bring up a screen similar to this. Windows Advanced Options Menu Please select an option: Safe Mode

How can i log in my Delloptiplex 760 computer,when its auto logging off

A log-on loop on your Windows XP computer is a difficult situation where the computer never completes its boot cycle, restarting intermittently ad nauseam.


This issue indicates a major problem with the boot functionality of your XP system.

Restore the computer to working order by utilizing the repair and restoration utility on your XP system disk.

Insert the XP disk into the computer.


Restart the computer.

Press any key when prompted to boot from the disk.

Press "Enter" at the first screen and "F8" at the license terms.


Highlight the drive containing XP and press "R," repairing the operating system boot files and removing the log-on loop.

or

Windows XP sometimes has a glitch when you are logging in to your user account in order to boot the operating system.

The glitch logs you in and then logs you off the account.


This problem is usually caused by one of the programs that load during the computer's start-up.

Fixing this issue is a matter of ensuring that whatever program is causing the problem doesn't start up as soon as you start your computer.

or


Power on the computer and allow it to get to the user logon page normally.

There is no need to start up the computer in "safe mode."


Click the user who is having the issue and type in the user's password if one is set up.

How do i reset my acer my sister put a password on it as a joke ,she cant remember


When you boot up to the log in screen type in administrator to log in once you have your computer running again you have to take control (administrator)control panel user accounts on the users tab,click the name of the computer administrator you can change the password there or if your computer has a system restore you can restore it to an earlier date which will have your personal settings

Boot up in safe mode (Hold F8 key at startup) Log in as 'Administrator' Go to start menu, control panels, users Reset the password for the account you want. Restart.

It happens when no boot device is selected, the default is network boot first, you must select CDROM/DVDROM or HD as your first startup device.

Startup


Log onto your machine in safe made and log in as Administrator.
Check what accounts are visible and delete any you dont want.
DO NOT DELETE THE ADMINISTRATOR account.
If only Admin remains re-boot your system and you will automatically go straight to your desktop

Cant login on startup page


Hi There, restart your computer and press the F8 key on your keyboard until you get to screen where you can select to boot in safe mode, try to login using your current account, then create a new account in control panel under user accounts, restart your pc, and login with the new account, that should solve it, then just move all your docs and stuff to the new account by copying them... good luck,
