Question about Sager Computers & Internet
When i insert a pc game cd or download a game it wont install or play it just displays a popup saying that this program does not have access to run on this computer. please ask the administrator to set the parental controls before playing
Hey..If you are running win7 then try to run the under administrator and that by right click on the icon and select 'run as administrator .

Hey its is problem with drivers
Please follow the steps to resolve :-
1)Download the UAA drivers first from microsofts site
2) Download the Latest drivers from
PCI drivers + Latest Audio drivers
3) windows installed 3.0 / 3.1
4) now go into Add / Remove programs and uninstall the previous version on Realtek drivers also remove windows installer if available
5) now restart your systems
6) Now installe the windows installer first -> restart
7) now install the UAA drivers -> Restart
8) now install the Realteks latest version -> restart
If it does not solve your problems please do reply i have other trick too..::.. :-)

this generally happens when you are using a cracked version of cd or the game requires you to create an iso image first..

Please go back to the Sony esupport site and see if there is any firmware for your model of laptop (you did not state the model in your post). If there is firmware download it and flash the firmware in the drive. DO NOT goto the Optiarc download site and use that firmware. Sony firmware is different. Next....even if there is no firmware or there is, update your Sony from windows update, reboot and keep checking until it says no more updates. Then do it all again but check for optional updates, see if there is one for a hardware device. Then next.....go here --> http://www.windows7news.com/2009/01/15/windows-7-not-recognizing-dvd-drive/ Read up and do the registry change. Go slow and take your time.

Here are the instructions on how to turn off the parental control on your computer.
1. Click on [Start], then [Control panel].
2. Now, click on [User accounts].
3. Click [Parental Control].
4. Click on your account photo.
5. Choose Parental control off.
