I have a zebra zp 450 for my ups label. When i first started using the printer it was printing out very fast for the first 2 weeks then after that it was printing very slow with an annoying sound. Can you please help?

Please use your manual to follow the initial set of instructions that you used to setup label printing on your Zebra device. Then, you can run a few test prints to make sure that everything is working properly. Otherwise, you might need a factory reset.

I am having this same issue. prints fine on paper but not on the ZP 450, barcode numbers are printing inside the top half of the barcode.. Any one help?

Hello,

Sometimes you will get that noise from buying alternative ribbons or using originals that are too tight. Best way to know is by replacing ribbon for a new one and checking if the noise goes away.

Missing elements in print head, replace print head.

hold feed button and release during 5 blinking lights. printer will auto set the width. Press feed again once you want the desired width.

If it's actual printer issue, then you have to call service tech.

please check the drivers megerments regarding papel WxL and Label WxL that u using.

Ensure its drivers and everything are installed on the machine and you can see it under printers as online. From there Call 1800 Pick UPS and the service tech will assist in getting it up and running with the UPS site. It can be used for UPS from what I am seeing.

Same problem exactly and was not able to get a response from UPS or the zebra company, someone please help!!!!!!!!!
