Problem for Panasonic Workio DP-4530 Grayscale Copier

Panasonic DP-C322- prints envelope addresses upside down

I already double checked, the printer, envelope and page set-ups. I can't reverse the way i feed the envelope because it gets stuck- If i choose to feed short end first it prints the text sideways on the envelope- If i try to tell it to print short end first but feed it long end first the printer detects the change and alters the settings.
please help!

- Well, I tried telling it to print one way and actually feeding it the other, but the printer detects the change and alters the settings that i chose in word- including the print prefererences and envelope options.. any other suggestions?

Set it for one setting and turn the envelope to suite --OR-- make the printiing preferences changes in the word processor program that you're using.
