My Fisher Price Dream dollhouse has no sound. Is it possible to get at the wiring to repair it?

This is a new product so there is probably a faulty wire.

SOURCE: Fisher Price, Laugh & Learn, Learning Home, Sound not working

Disconnect the electrical connector that joins the arches. Unscrew the half of the arch that holds the batteries. Check the red lead from the battery compartment. Mine had two problems - it was almost disconnected from the battery, and had another disconnect in the middle. Twist the wires together at both fault points and tape (electrical tape) or solder. I soldered and my Learning Home is now working perfectly.

Fisher price big foot toy sqeaks really loud when arms move

Sounds like the angle of the plastic inside of the arms is off a bit. The plastic is probably rubbing together. If the toy is new, return it. If not, try removing the arms and putting some sort of oil or lubricant in it. The toy may be beyond repair though. Hope this helps. Rate my solution please

LOST ALL SOUND IT STILL MOVES BUT NO SOUND

Go to Fisher-Price Product Support web site and click the link to chat with a representative. They will have to repair it at their facility, because the sound is internal.

My Bigfoot the Monster toy doesn't have any sound or voice anymore, It still responds to the remote control though, Is there anyway to troubleshoot this toy or do I have to send it in for a replacement?

There's a small wire inside the speaker that broke on mine. I matched one from another fisher price toy and cut wires and dropped the new one in and good as new..

I have a fisher price smart cycle with no instructions and the controls on the handlebars aren't working. Any suggestions on what to check would be helpful. Thanks

You can visit service.mattel.com and search for the product. There you can download the instructions. As far as the controls go, check that the wires are all the way in (gently tug and push). If you do need to replace the handle bars, you can purchase them at store.mattel.com.

Looking for the Fisher-price 1-2-3 bicycle child carrier instruction manual

Hello,

As I began to research this request, I began to get information that this product may have been recalled by Fisher-Price at some point. This could be the reason little if any information can be found.

Due to liabilities, I would not be able to provide you installation information on this product if indeed it has been recalled. As well, I am sure you would not wan to place an infant in harms way.

You may wish to investigate other bicycle carrier seats for infants that are backed currently by their companies. A company like Fisher-Price is not responsible for the product after a period of time after a recall notice has been given to the general public. They are also not responsible for providing additional support for a previously recalled product, which would include removing any information regarding the product from every source as best as possible.

I'm sorry I was of little help for your original question, though I see value in cautioning you against using this product.

Thank you for using FixYa.
