Pls check if the Hard drive is detected in BIOS. If Yes, then run a test on the Hard drive. If the test fails, the drive has to be replaced. If the test passes, then load the BIOS defaults and check if the comp boots to windows. If it still doesnt boot, then you will need to reinstall the OS from the OS disks.
2 choices turn the comp over un plug the battery leave about 2 minits. then plug back in and try again . If that doesn't work then when it starts 2 boot up press F8 several times it will ask normal start or select last known good configuration & select it . if that doesn't work have u aback up disk insert the 4 th disk and boot from that insert tha disck turn off comp and re start it will come up boot from disc press any key yes thats shold b it
This is the system error and it comes when the user doesnot shut the comp in proper way.//
it can also come if due to some reason the comp is shut automatically//
to get rid of it try last known good configuration.
shut down the comp// restart and immed start hitting f 8 cont to get the advance boot menu//
select LKGC and once that is done hopefully your computer will boot perfectly//
unplug all the cables connected to the laptop. The moment u torn on the comp keep on tap the key F8 on the keyboard.try the options like last known good configuration, safe mode. i believe it will work after that boot your computer normally. if it doesn't we need look the BIOS settings. for that it is advisable to take your laptop to the service station..
if im correct, you havent installed a floppy drive yet...
while the comp is booting press esc (on some comps its F10 it should say on the screen) and access the boot sequence..in there there is a list of boot items...they always list floppy drive as the first boot drive in case you need to recover your comp...remove floppy drive from your boot list making sure that your hardrive (C) is first drive to boot.
After you get your comp set up, you may want to change that sequence in case you ever have problems with your HDD
I have had this once before, and then it was one of the hard disk cables which was interfering with the fans inside the case. In my PC it was the PSU fan which was being halted. Try moving the cables around inside the case and ensure none of the corners where they are folded are protruding into any of the fans.
