Question about Computers & Internet
I'm not sure on which type of apple mac it is, but I need to know how to send and retrieve emails for a job. Is it simular to windows?
You can still go to the web browser (Safari) and go to the web version of your mail client.
If you insist on having it set up as a desktop client, you'll use the mail program. When you open it for the first time, it will ask for all the info to set it up from your pre-existing email account.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

if you want to do it while inside iphotos, you can click on your default mail program icon at the bottom of the window on the right, and it will ask you how big you want your file to be. Or, you can select the photo(s) you'd like, then go to file/export, and a window will open and ask you how big or small youd like the photos to be. Then it will ask you where you want iphoto to export them to (i always choose desktop, easy to find).

SOURCE: I added OX Mountain Lion yesterday at Apple Store. Now when I want to send email and I start to type first initial of recipient, it doesn't pick up name from content list. What to do? Where did
Make sure that you've imported those contacts into your mail application and not just leave them in the address book. There may also be a setting in system preferences about this.
