SOURCE: refrigerator keeps defrosting and depositing water in fridge.

if your food is staying cold your fridge is working fine, you probably have a blocked will find water under criper draws and maybe leaking out on floor, take off the back freezer wall and take out floor, melt out the drain and remove all the ice on freezer floor, now you have to clean out the drain,i use a steamer that you can buy for like 40 bucks,it's a shark super steamer,it will clean out all the slime that builds up in the drain line or you have to snake out the drain line with a plastic tie or something, when you think you cleaned out the line pour hot water into the drain and if the water goes down you know you unclogged it,you can buy a heater probe that installs down the drain and wraps around the heater so the line can't freeze up again,if this is not your problem you can advance the timer in the fridge side on the ceiling by turning it with a screw driver until it comes out of defrost and if it was sticking or not coming out of defrost on it's own change the timer the new part number for your timer is 2183400 hope this helps

My whirlpool refrigerator freezer section around the blower fan is frosting up I changed the defrost heater and it still the same model number wrf560seym00. What next to try.

You may have an air leak around the door seal or the ice chute door is stuck slightly open causing compressor to run all the time as moisture from outside fridge to collect on fan shroud and evaporator. Are you defrosting normally or temperature rising inside fridge?

Refrigerator is too cold! Freezing everything

The defrost timer or thermostat is probably stuck. It is located on the bottom of the fridge. look at pictures of a defrost timer on several parts site for appliances. $30 and easy to replace.

My freezer is not working its defrosting everything. Is there a reset or something I can do to fix it?

No reset button . Having no model number I gotta guess your timer is stuck in defrost. You must find the timer and advance it into the RUN mode. If the timer is good I would next take a look at the relay on the compressor. They fall apart overtime:

If this is one of the fancier ice boxes with auto defrost mess
then your thermistors could be bad or control board gone south. More Here

The refrigerator won't turn on when I plug it in. Any idea what the problem could be?

Defrost timer could be in defrost cycle and stuck. You may have to replace it. if you have no light, no compressor noise and no fan running inside, it is a defrost timer, bad plug or no power.

Whirlpool model ed5fhgxkq03 side by side. Lights

check your temp controll to make sure it isnt broken or open circuit also your defrost timer could be stuck in defrost! next check your compressor for running and see if it is hot!! or just warm? if it is just warm and cycling /running then your low on freon due to a internal leak
