Question about HP Officejet 5610 All-In-One InkJet Printer

1 Answer

My hp printer 5610 all-in-one does not turn on. What to do?

Whenever i press the 'on' button, my printer either responds late or doesn't respond. When it finally turns on, i hear grinding noises from inside. It gives me the message 'clear the paper jams', but there are no paper jams inside. Is it happening coz i did not replace both the print cartridges?

hi, Mr Justin Becker
i think its a power supply problem, first you should try another dc adaptor, if your printer works fine with the new one, you have to replace it or take it for repair.
if it is a DC Adaptor problem it cost about: US $29.74

Hi mrowanewais,

If your printer is not responding, try to do the following troubleshooting below:

1. Go to run type net start spooler & hit enter.

2. Also check for printer port in printer properties.

3. Another thing, you can refresh your system by turning it off and unplugging the cable from power. Press the power button for 4-5 seconds. And put back the cables and turn the printer back on.

Hope it helps.
