your board is confused and cannot read water level, very easy fix, pull off console(three screws on rear) and remove clear hose on right side of main control. blow into with your mouth and clear tube. reconnect hose and try, if F1 continues main control will need to be replaced, Sears is offering this for free if your unit falls within a certain serial number range, Also a biggie.....You must use he soap only with the oasis....no exceptions.....

There is no reason or condition that will requir having to doing that for correct operation. That indicates the board as being defective. Just asking if your water is draining correctly? When you start cycle, after it finnishes loading the water, can you get it to drain at all. If you can, the board is the problem.

1) did you check to see ( bottom ) if at one time you may have leaked fluid from the balancing ring? usually white oxidized color if water condensate's for a while. 2) This model you have has the tub suspended. There should either be three or four of these suspension brackets. try adjusting these and see if it helps. often times the washer is unevenly loaded and becomes off balance, therefore kicking springs and suspension pieces out-of-whack suspension, springs, balancing rings or anything else put in place to stabilize a load, is only a means under the right conditions...if these conditions are wrong they will do nothing.
