the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I cant hear people talk to me but I can hear the ringtone when someone calls.

These functions operate off of two different speakers. The ringer is basically a speaker in the rear of most phones, while the headset speaker is located in the top front portion of the phone itself. The speakers tend to blow out or break after some period of time. The good news is they are relatively easy to replace and quite inexpensive. To temporarily solve you problem you could use a corded microphone headset to continue to use the phone. This will allow you to hear and speak to your callers. You could order a speaker off of the web and pretty much replace it yourself, or take it to some shop and have them replace it. Depending on your LG model, this could cost you as little as $15.00. Let me know if you need additional help. Please provide your model number with your request.

RINGING TONES ARE NOT RINGING AND MUSIC IS ALSO NOT PLAYING AND IT DISPLAYS VOICE ACTIVATED DIALLING IS ACTIVE BUT ITS OFF FROM THE FUNCTION MENU

your rear speaker is broken.

actually the pins that attach the back of the speaker have been squashed down and now are instead flush with the connector instead of touching it.
it is what we call classic Chip Creep.
(FYI http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chip_creep)

it is caused by putting pressure on the back of the speaker, and you will notice if you press in on the speaker hole, while holding the same place at the back of the phone , the sound will come back to normal volume.
some have suggested wedging a piece of paper in the gap between, but it isn't guarenteed.

so to fix it, you have to actually take off the back of the phone,
unscrew the 4 screws holding the front face plate to the main chassis of the phone,
and carefully pull it apart.
you will see the speaker near the top of the phone, it just sits there, with two copper pins sticking out of it, and it should sit against the female side of the connector.

you can unbend the pins so they sit in a L shape now, and reattach it back in.
and to alleviate the pressure, you can insert a piece of paper, card, plastic from an ID card etc, behind the battery which makes a bit of gap.

I hope this helps. i managed to get it working better without the paper insert, just by resetting the pins on the speaker itself.

My external speaker on my phone is not workin so my phone dont ring or have speaker phone

Very sorry about the not working of the external speaker... But i'm sure you are speaking about the speaker that is in-built in the phone hence internal. Just check if you are able to record anything at alll on your mobile, if not then you can confirm that the speaker is't working..
Try using the Hands-free for time being and your speaker problems cannot be addressed unless briefly explained. Else check with your vendor for the solution..
