Ended up having a freon leak in tubing around door. Luckly the warranty was 5 years in sealed system. New one was FREE.

If the light keeps coming back on and temps are rising in the refer section, then you most likely have an evaporator leak. Check to see if you see either a moist spot or ice on the back wall on the left side of the back wall of the refer. If you do, it's definetly a leak. Call a authorized Servicer.

The compressor should be OK this time because you caught it in time. But if the condenser fan stops you need to consider replacing the fan. I have had refrigerators do fine until the fan motor warms up and you are away, it stops. Don't think you should use the refrigerator until the fan is fixed. Sea Breeze

Check the compressor and the relay. Make sure they are working when you turn on freezer and fridge to the max. If the compressor does not start then you need a new relay. If the compressor starts then it is your thermostat that has gone bad and must be replaced. you can find the parts on repairclinic.com and order them with instructions on how to remove the bad part and install the new part

If you tipped it on its side you may have caused an air bubble to form in the refrigerant.
Plug it in, leave it empty, set for maximum cooling and do not open the door to check it for several hours. Put a thermometer inside to check the actual temperature after three or four hours to see if it is getting cool. Listen for the compressor to come on and whether there are any strange noises. If you hear gurgling in the coils the refrigerant should be working OK.
