SOURCE: i set A4 page margine
Hello and Welcome to FixYa!
You need to set the target margin from the formating software (Like MS.Word..etc) and from the Printer software as-well.
As far as the software is concerned, its under the page-setup, and for the printer its under the settings you got when the print dialog appears. For that Press Ctrl+P , the dialog will appear..at the top you will see your printer selected and after that a button like Settings, or preferences. Under that you will find the page setup settings, usually the Printer default is Letter not the A4. May be this is the issue.
Do tell me about the results.
