Not working

If your player is frozen. Press and hold the menu button until it turns off and try to update the firmware of the player. And also it may be that the songs on your player is causing the problem try to format the player. How to update the firmware of the player please follow this steps.
1.Slide the hold switch for it to show the orange/red color.
2.Press and hold the record button and the menu button until it shows on the player screen Welcome to recovery mode.
3.Download and install the firmware update.
4.When the firmware update has been installed hooked the player to the computer and perform the update.
