Remove memory card and power on the set with sim card and after that press *#7370#, and it will ask for security code and default would be 12345. note : all data would get deleted, so take a back of phone memory to mmc and then press *#7370#,

Music player not working properly gives a message of "no music file found" whats the problem and whats the solution

Hi, If the memory card you are currently installed is more than 512mb this problem might occur.Because according to the nokia recommendation we should use 512mb of mmc in 3110c besides the software of this particular phone is very weak.First step is to reduce the data of your memory card.If the problem still persist you need to flash the phone. So, contact mobile repairing shop or follow the procedure if you want to do by yourself. First download and install Pheonix from this link. Nokia Phoenix Service Software 2011 - Download secondly Download flash file from this link 3110c file and install it to C / program files/pheonix.. after finished this installation open pheonix . Inside the interface at the> top left <there you see "File" click there and choose "open file" and then select the approprait Product type i.e "which is written on the back panel inside the battery of every Nokia(Type RM-000).After doing this again at the left top count from "File"1..2..3..the 4th one is "Flashing" press there, when you click there you'll see three sub-menus, just select the "Firmware Update" again you'll see another interface. Look at the product code there should be blank and put your "mouse tool" at the straight end from the "Product Code" there is a Button and choose the code which is written in the back side of your phone. e.g CODE:0000000.if the same code does not found just take one which is higher. After this you can see "Dead phone USB flashing" click that box. Now this is the last stage... Connect your phone with the USB to your PC and let the driver install ...wait for a moment.(If your phone working).Lastly after just finished (In case your phone is Dead, unable to switch on in normal mode start from here) Connect the phone to pc without powering...insert good battery and Click the "Referbish" button after this, a message will prompt you "press power botton" etc. insert charger or press it and wait until the phone will Restart automatically in normal mode 10-15 minutes. If you cannot understand just leave a Comment / Click here1. thanks for visiting fixya. Good luck

Music Player

Connect the phone to a PC using Nokia PC Suite software or the memory card to a memory card reader.Browse to the location where the  media files are stored. Select all the songs by pressing "ctrl+A" and right click and take "Properties"In the Genetral tab, untick all the attrib value.then press " Apply " then "OK".

That's it.

and rename the folder which contain your media files to "My Music".Ignore this if it has been already done.

Your phone only support  polyphonic, MP3, AAC files.Make sure they are MP3 or ACC media files.

Start your phone with the memory card inside and update your music library list.

You will find your favorite music there.

Note :  Some mobile doesn't support very long media files name.

When i try and play a song it says: "playback failed". What is the solution to solve this problem in W200I mobile

if suddenly your mobile option you, "Playback failed", that means the phone can not locate the file where it was placed, mostly this problem prisist, when you are using low quality 1 GB memory stick, then it is understood that the file which is bieng played, is moved or the phone is unable to locate the desired file.
mostly for such memory sticks phone lost the files, its solution is remove the memory stick and restart the phone or try formating the memory stick several time from the phone.
