Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional

Won't let me create a new email address

It allows me to type in my first name and last name and what sex I am and what country I am from but won't allow me to type my postal. My wife has her own account and everytime I hit create her infor come up. I try to delete her infor in the box but it still doesn't allow me to type in my own infor an order to create a new account. Can u help me with this? You can send the information on my wife's account. I will give u her email address because as u know I don't have one. Thank you for your time.

    I have the SAME problem! I type everything in and it comes up with something like 


    ''You have reached the limit to adding a new account. Try later''


    and I haven't even MADE an account!

did you try to delete all the coockies, and browsed history?
