You need to setup a provider in the printer:
From Internet Explorer connect to the printer via its’ IP address and click on “Enter”,
then select “PARAMETERS” è Internet - Initialization
then from “Select a provider” click on down arrow and select “LOCAL NETWORK”
Click on “Confirm your modifications”.
This should fix the problem.
