Press it out with an arbor press. If no access to a press you could try and use a brass punch and punch it out.

Milwaukee 6537 75 SER 986A 75th Anniversary Super Sawzall Parts

Its Look likes you have already unmount pos 35 from pos 34 gear case
now first remove pos 55 bearing cap front unter gear case white or black cap on the drawing remove that first then you set(fixate) the small protruding part of the drive gear pos 45 in a bench vice. and then you can remove the pos 5 spinlock hex nut and then the wobble gear comes free. then the rest is to see that all parts have its positions beware of that .
There is the parts list for position neccesary zoom in if you want to see something in the drawing . IMPORTANT if you will now or in future replace the armature then replace also the great gear pos 45 and carbon brushes. if only spindle pos 51 then also replace pos 65 tube chassis. and pos 53 , 60, 61 ,66 , if you will choice the grease a good multi purpose grease and there should be quite a lot of fat inside the machine , replace also little o-rings which have not yet been mentioned concerning lubrication felt and o-rings.

My Asus lap top will not turn on or charge. There are no charge lights. What can I do?

Look carefully at power plug port. If center pin wobble or loose then order that part for your motherboard and take to any electronics shop to have installed. If power plug port not broken. Then use multimeter to check output of your power block. If you don't have a multimeter, any electronics shop can check for you. If no output, then buy replacement power block. Its a fact, power blocks fail infinitely more frequently than power plug ports which only fail due to forced improperly aligned plugging. If center pin no longer centered, trying to force the plug in only guarantees damage. On laptops, that usually requires total disassembly to gain access to the circuit board, unsolder and remove the defective part and solder in a replacement, then reassemble.

A 2000 jeep grand Cherokee limited, bad wobble I replaced tires, had them aligned and balanced replaced inner and outer tie-rod ends, track bar sway bar bushings, steering assist, ball joints .

wobble of the steering is a wheel alignment problem regardless of having an alignment done
if your vehicle has a "live"front axle ( not independent suspension) the alignment is fixed to toe in toe out settings by the manufacturer
however spring sag and pivot pin(king pin bearings)wear alters that setting
There are devices available on the market that can be fitted by accredited suspension service shops that allow the alteration of the castor and camber settings ( you have a castor wobble) so talk with these shops and get ideas of what you can do
if it has independent suspension these settings can be easily set and should be set to around 1 to 1 1/2 degrees positive with toe in set to around 1/8 ti 1/4 "
a point that most alignment shops don't mention is that the rear end has to be aligned first so that the steering wheels are in the same "track" otherwise the front alignment is a waste if time as the vehicle will tend to run sideways down the road
it is an extra cost but well wort the expense when chasing a problem
next point --if the cv or "U" joints are failing then they will tend to have hard stops when steering and this will set of steering problems
lastly , big wide tyres are hard to align because of the amount of rubber on the road and to get the comprise between correct alignment and reduced tyre wear is hard to achieve

Washer makes loud noise (seemingly unbalanced) while spinning

Suggest making sure all four (4) screw leg adjusters are set correctly i.e. does it wobble if you shake like a "pin ball machine", when not in use? If yes, adjust the screw legs in each corner. To ensure the machine is sitting level and not able to shake... God Luck

I need to replace the idler pulley/tensioner and the belt

When this idler wears out it makes a growling noise that changes with engine RPM. A Bad Idler Pulley May Wobble & Wear Out Your Serpentine Belt Prematurely. Get Rid Of That Horrible Noise & Change.

Remove the serpentine belt by using a breakover bar, ratcher or serpentine belt removal tool with the correct size socket for the pulley mounting bolt. Rotate tensioner arm to release tension. Remove the bel. Using the proper size socket, remove the tensiones mounting bolt and remove tensioner.

Before installing the new tensioner, make sure the mounting surface for the tensiones is clean and free rust or other obstructions. Find the locator pin hole and rotate the replacement tensiones until the locator pin and the hole line uo. Insert the pin into the hole. Reinstall the mounting bilt and torque down to tight fit.

Rotate the tensioner arm to install the serpentine belt. Make sure the belt is correctly fitted to all pulley in the drive system. Start the engine to check for any problems. Extreme care should be taken when reinstalling the serpentine belt because some of the pulleys are located in remote positions ans it is very hard to see that belt is seated properly in all of the grooves. If the belt isn't seated properly, the belt can "ride out" of the grooves and the belt can be damaged.

Also must review the ZJ Repair Manual Secc-7-Cooling-System for graphics references.

Hope helped with this. Remember rated this help. Good luck.

Kitchenaid Mixer head wobbles bad

The solution provided by luannej is useful only if your mixing attachment is striking the surface of the bowl. By adjusting the screw located at the junction of the head and base, you are actually controlling how far the head is allowed to tilt forward and, thus, the height of the attachment above the bottom of the bowl. Although the attachment striking the bottom of the bowl will lead to wobble (and noise!), it isn't usually the root cause of the wobble. In fact, the wobble may be causing the bowl strikes and adjusting the head height only hides the problem.

The head of the mixer is secured to the base by a large steel pin. Any play between the head and base comes from this hinge and its resulting tolerances. To "tighten" the sloppy tolerances causing your wobble, follow these steps: 1) Lock the mixer's head down and turn the entire mixer upside down. 2) Looking deep into the hollow base, find the small slotted set screw. This screw actually presses against the pin and takes up the slop between the head and pin. Note that this screw is not the large slotted screw I mentioned earlier visible when you tilt the head back. 3)Tighten the small set screw as much as you can. Your wobble should be greatly reduced or eliminated now. 4) Lastly, you may want to readjust the large screw controlling the head's tilt to optimize the distance between attachment and bowl. Hope this helps.

Death wobble

My Death Wobble started immediately after I installed a set of Coil Spring Spacers (to lift 1.75 inches) on my stock 2005 Jeep Wrangler X. Turned out, the DW was because while changing the height, I also lowered the CASTER angle in the front end. So, to fix it, I could have purchased a set of eccentric bolts for $50+. Instead I went out and purchased a piece of 1.5 inch flat bar for $10 from OSH. I cut out 4 1.5 inch squares. Then i drilled 7/16 inch holes centerline, but close to one side (in exactly the same place) on all for squares. I then removed the lower control arm bolts, nuts and washers. I installed these square offset washers I made so the front axle would be pushed forward (to increase the Caster angle). The toe setting changed a bit, so I reset them to about 1/8 inch toe in. After driving my Jeep, I noticed there is no more DW. The steering wheel was off center, but after 3 attempts, I have that perfectly centered. I have every intension of having the alignment checked, but not till after I find the new tires I want. If anyone is interested, I can draw out and photograph the cure and send it to you. My e-mail is bb62471(at)yahoo(dot)com.
