You can do the following: Start your PC as an administrator > click Start or the Windows ball > Control Panel > Performance and Maintenance > System > Hardware > Device Manager > Scroll down to the device driver you wish to roll back > right-click on it and choose Properties > Click the Driver tab and then click Roll Back Driver. Note: Win7 ball > Control Panel > Device Manager. By rolling back the driver, your Arcade Deluxe Webcam should work like it used to.

Hey Stuart, I found this link--check and read first, it was pretty difficult...some folks online were saying boot into safe mode and uninstall it if it gives you any trouble...seems it's for XP, so...careful! Otherwise, the best way I found for you was the link at the end of the paragraph here--it takes you to the 'issue page' for the Blu-Ray issue most commonly causing people to have to begin using the Arcade anyway...since your copy is missing or corrupted, I'd go to the link, then click on the tab labeled 'Chat' to see if an Acer tech will send you the link directly--they have ways of making sure your laptop is legal (automatically, y'know), so I don't see them balking at your request, or finding anything wrong with it. Plenty of Acer users were having similar probs on all their forums... Go directly to this link.
