Hi, I had the same problem. I have an old computer, so I tried it on my daughter's laptop and it started charging. I bought a Music Power dual port USB AC Charger at Walmart for about $15, plugged it into the wall, and it is charging away. I hope this will solve my problem.

I think my computer just wasn't compatible enough to actually charge it. Hope this helps!

OK, well it charged for a couple of hours before it said it was full, and now it seems to be working fine (so far).

1 Unplug anything that is connected to the player. This includes headphones, power cables and USB cables.

2 Locate the reset hole on the back of the player. This is a tiny opening in the bottom right corner on the back of the device that features a recessed button that will reset the device.

3 Insert a pin or other long, thin needle into the reset hole.

4 Press and hold the reset button for a few moments until the device resets. The screen will reset and the player will be restored to its original setup.

Wont Turn ON

(1) Hit the reset button for 5 seconds.
(2) Hit the reset button, slide down the on/off slide, and have it plugged into the computer at the same time. Hold for 5 seconds.
(3) Hit the reset button again.
(4) Charge it for at least 10 hours in the port in the BACK of your computer.
(5) After 10 hours, unplug the player and press the + volume button. While still holding it, plug the player back in. Keep holding it for 5-50 seconds. (most likely nothing will pop up).
(6) Let the player sit UNPLUGGED for a good 3 hours.
(7) Plug the player back in (it should light up now). Let it charge the usual time it takes to charge for an empty battery, about 6 hours.

Wont Charge

Yeah, I had this problem too because I was connecting the USB proprietory connector/cable at the front USB drives on the computer. If you have been using front USB connecters, try using the back USB drive connecters.

It worked for me :)

Sony Walkman NWZ45F says its full

I posted in another thread about this same problem. I used a Music Power AC adaptor from Wal
Mart and it charged for several hours, and now seems to work fine.

My Walkman won't charge

What I did when I got this error was to push the reset button on the bottom of the player itself... Mine rebooted and took a charge from the computer. Hope this all works for you.

Coby MP-C7095 Won't turn on

On my Colby player there is a small reset hole in the back. Mine has sometimes just stopped playing and shuts off. If you use a small wire (paperclip works well) push it in and reset it.
