Question about Clarion DXZ545MP CD Player
This all happened on my 1995 honda civic si. i had plans on selling my vehicle and i decided to put back the oem rear speakers while still using my clarion until the actual date of my sale comes where i can easily take out the stereo. so after doing so, i decided to proceed and worked fine for a free days, until one day the my clarion stopped and my clock went out. i smelt smoke like a fuse had just burnt. once i got home i restarted the battery and the clarion still doesnt work and clock is always set over. i decided to put the original honda stereo back in and it worked but i had to always enter the security code that honda has everytime i restart the vehicle and the time is always resetted. btw, the vehicle has been sold and my cd is also stuck inside the clarion.
Check the fuses in the fuse block under the hood. Your clock fuse and radio constant power fuse are combined in this vehicle.
