Question about Panasonic NN-P295SF Microwave Oven
The microwave is clean, but it looks like there is a runny smear on the glass. It turns out that it is in between the two glass panels on the front. How do I fix this? Thanks for reading.
You might want to talk to Panasonic customer service---either it can be taken apart and cleaned etc or it is a sealed unit and would have to be replaced completely.

On many models, you press "Stop / Reset" three times.
A hard reset may help: Unplug it from the power line for a few minutes, plug it back in, set the clock, then try again.
If you don't have your owner's manual, you can probably download it (or one that's very close) here:
If that doesn't work, you can contact Panasonic UK at http://panasonic.co.uk/customer-Support/svc-dealer-locator.asp

you have to separate the door panels (as shown in the attached photo)
and then you'll see the previously hidden screws you need to remove.
Or you can watch a YouTube video (not a video I made) here that demonstrates how it's done.

Assuming the NN-T888S is the correct model, you can download it from this URL:
If that doesn't work, go to www.panasonic.com, click on 'support', search for your model number, and see if it will provide you with a link to download the manual.

SOURCE: Hi - my Panasonic microwave
Yes I've strongly adviced you to look for a qualified technician or send it to repair shop because it is quite technical to isolate the shorted parts on your unit. Remember that Microwave oven has a high wattage consumption so any careless mistake will do damaged not only to your unit itself but to you which may caused an electric shock.
Thanks for using fixya...
