the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Cant get photos of lg km570 with usb

All you need to do is to latch your phone and PC by activation of the Bluetooth. Now you can send the images from the phone and accept it on the PC by which way all the photos can be transferred. Also if there is the linking cord with USB connectivity you can directly connect and get access to the memory to transfer.

I'm trying to transfer photos from my lg to my computer and have been told the easiest way is to bluetooth it. However, I cannot find bluetooth on my 620g

If you cant find your Bluetooth settings, you can still activate your BT by the ff steps.
  • open or turn-on the Bluetooth of your computer.
  • select picture(s) from your phone.
  • Tap SEND. then a new sud menu will appear.
  • Choose bluetooth.
  • Find your computer's BT device. Then send.
But, if you want the fastest way, you can use either of these two:

  • Thru USB cable. - Connect your phone to your computer via a USB cable. choose MASS STORAGE for faster transferring.
  • Get your MicroSD from your phone and use a MEMORY CARD READER. In this case, you will transfer your photos with the same process of a CARD STICK>

How can I download my photos from the mobile to PC? I have a USB cable but that only charges my battery...

You will need additional drivers for your computer to be able to transfer files from your phone to your computer. It takes time to find and install those drivers. Your best option is to transfer those files through a bluetooth connection from your phone to your computer.

How do I put my photos onto my laptop

You have 3 options;
  1. Data Cable
  2. USB Bluetooth Dongle or a PC with in-built Bluetooth
  3. Memory Card Reader
With a data cable you can transfer the content direct to your PC, all you would need is a Data Cable (obviously) and the appropriate USB Cable Drivers for your phone which can usually be found on the SE website.

With a USB Bluetooth Dongle or a PC with in-built Bluetooth you can transfer the content direct to your PC and you don't need the USB Cable drivers for your SE phone.

With a Memory Card Reader you can simply plug the reader into your PC, copy the content to the appropriate folder on your Memory Card, then put the Memory Card back in your phone.

Transferring photos from phone to PC

Samsung provides a data cable that plugs into an USB port of a PC. If no such cable came with your phone, contact Samsung customer care for a quotation. Once connected, the phone memory will show up as an external storage device in Windows.
Alternatively, if you have a laptop with bluetooth connectivity, you can send the pictures by bluetooth message.
