If your laptop won't turn on, you could have any number of problems. The problem might be a genuine power issue derived from either battery failure or simply a loose AC adapter. Conversely, it may only appear to be a power failure, and the problem may lie with another component. Check your AC power adapter. Is it snugly plugged into the wall or surge protector? Make sure the connection is made and it is not loose. Also, try connecting the power adapter into a different wall outlet. Check the status of your laptop battery by considering how long you have had the same battery. Most modern batteries are only good for about 1,000 full charges. check ram modules even remove check fot dust and debri then reseat them

Fatal error on bootup

I think you can boot your laptop from a bootable disk so that you can fix the issue through another system. You can try Windows Boot Genius to create a bootable disk.

Don't give up try booting into SAFE MODE press F8 at bootup and choose safe mode, with networking. Then at least you can troubleshoot what is wrong, it is often a bad Video driver. It may require reinstalling or updating, or some other driver that is giving you this BSOD.

Will not boot

It can have boot virus and when booting it finds your antivirus soft and if cant stop antivirus then calls "crash" screens, also sometimes real crashes heppened vith driver incompatible or incorrect parameter stored. If you have any LIVE Windows CD or linux boot from it anc check for viruses, also make disk check with disk utility. If not corrected windows must be reinstalled. If you havent try try "last good known configuration " from bootup screen, to call boot press F8.

My dell laptop wont do disk check and wont continue on windows what will i do to fix it

You should try to boot it into safe mode and then run a virus scanner you should also be able to run disk check in safe mode. Usually pressing the F12 key during bootup will bring you to the boot menu. You have to watch carefully because the option appears really fast at the beginning of bootup.

Hi grade laptop boot problem

crashing a few times in order to boot can be caused by corrupted boot files that Windows required.
Try do a "scan for bad sectors" checkdisk (Right click C: in My Computer, click Properties. Click Tools tab and then Check Now button, tick both option boxes and it should ask to reboot for the bad sector check. 8c484d1.jpg
You can also use HDD Regenerator to fix corrupted files. Read my other posts for details.
