first remove the handle cover two cove . the small one with s.w if electric power window . or same cove use screw driver . second step move big cove to front side it will remove easy . two bolt in side with screw drive .then remove small cove( side mirror handle cove ) near door opener . small bolt inside .then 3 bolt under the panel

Raise the hood and remove the right hand wiper assembley the remve the three or four plastic screews nad remve plastic cover . There is anothe cove to reme then pull out the cad filter do the carfull. The replace it with a new filter if this don`t work have you A/C system checked out, also the controles under the dash may be bad and need replacement.

You could cut A Fine Slice Of Coving, to the Missing Shape ( wedged Et,c )
Slide it in With A little Coving Adhesive, wipe the surpluss Adhesive, And you,ll never notice once it,s Painted.
Or you can fill it with polyfiller or Similar, and ripple it to look like the Covings finish.
