Question about Lands Phones
After a long power outage the call forwarding system for our office no longer works. Incoming calls to office are currently being directed to a cell phone (this was the last setting before power went out). How do I reset to have incoming calls go directly to the office Norstar phone? Thx for any help you can offer!
All depends on who it was forwarded in the first place. Not enough details given.

You have to know how to get into programming, and it depends on the type of telephone lines you have... if you have regular analog lines, on a out bound call transfer there is going to be line degragation. Meaning that the outgoing call is not going to be of the best quality.
Secondly, you have to see how many telephone lines you have, if you have 3 analog trunks, with a call forwarding to a cell phone, you will be using up 2 lines... 1 incoming and 1 outgoing to your cell. This leaves 1 trunk for incoming or outgoing callers.

If your system uses 2 digit extensions use 120000
