Question about HP Pavilion dv4000 Notebook
When I turn on my computer, the screen is black
Have you tried using an external monitor? Might be a video circuit problem. The usual solution is a motherboard replacement but some techy guys knows how to replace those video chips inside instead of the whole motherboard. In the country that I'm in they charge about $200+ for the fix.
