Question about Admiral 26 cu. ft. Side-By-Side Refrigerator
After filling the tray, drops of water still come out of the fill tube, leaking into the ice storage bin. This is an Admiral Model LSD2615HEB side by side. Water leak stops after a few seconds.
Most likely the=> 67005154 Dual Waater Control Valve
found on the rear of your refrigerator and down near the floor is becoming worn out and not closing all the way. Are the ice cubes also beginning to stick together? I need you to watch this problem to see if it becomes worse and gets stuck open allowing a lot of water into ice maker. The ice maker determines how much water flows to ice maker about 7 seconds time but if mechanically defective it will not close all the way even when off. I will stick with a solution but will meed you to respond, Thank You, Sea Breeze

Defrost drain is clogged causing this problem. Clear the dfrost drain and pan from inside the freezer section by removeing the freezer back cover plate and you will see from there. No extra parts required just patience.

good attempt, its actually a clogged drain thats backing up and your drain water is not able to leave refrig so it falls to bottom of freezer floor and eventually out the door. romve the items from the freezer and take the lower back wall off form inside, directly under the evaporator under all that ice there is a drain hole, youll need to clear that hole of iec( pouring boiling water down until you get a free flow of water then you can reassemble uint problem solved

SOURCE: The Ice Maker is not making ice.
You should have two sides to the water control valve. One for the dispenser and one for the ice maker. Fill ice maker with tap water if it freezes and dumps then the water control valve is defective and will need replaced. If not we need to have a look at the thermostat in your ice maker. Sea Breeze

my model is not exactly the same but check for this this anyway:
Take a flash light & check for ice in the back vent underneath the very bottom shelf in the freezer. If you see ice in there, completely defrost until the ice is gone & the plastic drip hole is unobstructed. The leak on mine was happening because that hole had frozen over & caused excess water to flow into the bottom of the freezer & out the bottom of the door instead of through that hole.
