Question about Tools & Hardware - Others
Well it depends on the ownership of the building? if the building is a private property then you would have to seek the consent of the building management or the roof management. Any tenant could tell you where to find that. The owner can be legally responsible for damage you do to yourself or others so naturally they're cautious; but most are co-operative and helpful. Good pictures promote their property.

You really have me scratching my head with this question. The only answer I can fathom is to get up on the roof with your camera and press the button....but that is probably not what you want to hear. Exactly what do you want to know?
