Question about E-Machines eMachines Desktop PC
SYSTEM BOOTS UP WITH NO ISSUES....OPERATING FINE....BUT AS OF TODAY....IM STARTING TO HEAR 4 BEEPS EVER 5 MINUTES...REBOOTED SYSTEM.....SAME ISSUE....AGAIN...SYSTEM IS FUNCTONING OK AS OF NOW....WHAT COULD THIS BE
That is somewhat odd. I don't think that I've personally heard of that happening before. Question: What is the date/time on your computer? I ask this as I believe that your issue may have to do with the little battery on the motherboard.
If the date/time on your computer gets reset every time you turn on the machine then you'll want to replace the little battery on the motherboard.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Emachine wont start, just beeps
This is probably a problem with your DIMM(RAM) Did u recently install an extra RAM?If yes then remove it because the beep sound is due to the mismatch of frequency of two DIMM's. If not open your computer and check if the DIMM is loose just push it in and powerup your comp..Let me know if its fixed..

Reboot with "F8" held down.
you are only booting to bios and minimum disk software. This may give you an indication of your monitor or video driver status.
If you can borrow another monitor from someone, that would confirm your monitors status....

make sure it is not getting really hot, also try cleaning all again and start putting them together step by step. make sure the dust didn't got in another part like RAM memories slots, and if you have a big problem with the processor the PC wouldn't even start, wont even turn on.
