This is a common problem with boost, ive personally experienced this. all i can really say is boost works well in some places n not so well in others. as far as your problem try calling your service provider and see if they can help you

David, As this is a new phone, just released, you must make use of the warranty clause. Do not do anything yourself as the warranty will become null and void. Please show it to the Service Centre of Samsung.

It is a reset not reboot. If you do a reset you will loose all the personnel information you stored on the phone. Have you called your cell phones service providers tech staff, they are allot of help with this type of problem.
