Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I have checked all of the connections and all seems in order. I can't seem to print a new master but i can manually copy one. How do i fix this???

I just fixed this problem on my sharp all in one. The white rollers on the underside of the copier cover were not rolling well. I took an alcohol prep pad and started cleaning them, rolling as I went. A large piece of lint fell out. I put the documents in the document feeder and they fed through like a charm. Hope this helps.

the thing might be down to an old master stuck to the drum this could cause the faint copies and the missing print.. pull the drum out check under the master.this would also cause the paper to jam on exit. the error is for no master eject check the calmp is free where it grips the master and also the path for the master eject to the waste bin

E2-02 means there is an error with the lifting motor assembly for tray
#2. You will not be able to use your tray #2 until it's fixed. You can check
it, sometimes there's just paper clogged at the rear of the paper tray. Remove your 2nd tray to see if there is a paper clogged inside.
Otherwise the cover/case of the lifting motor is damaged and you will need a service technician to fix and replace it.
