Question about Creative Labs Zen Micro MP3 Player
I was going to synchronize my 30gb Zen mp3 player like i usually do to update it. When i attached my mp3 player the USB did not recognized it.I also tryed plugging it into other USB connectors in the computer nothing seems to be working!It will charge it when it is connected to the computer but it will not recognized it to update it. What should i do?Plz help or give me some kind of suggestions!
I have to use my laptop when pluging mine in for some reason my desktop does the same thing yours is doing., so try a different computer

Go to creative.com and go to support and on the left corner it will say ''Your Zen Not Charging'' Click on it it select your region if that didnt work go to downloads.
