I would remove set and a box if used from power for a while and plug back up to see if the reboot helps or not, and by the way check to see if you have this issue when playing a DVD into the rear audio and video jacks of one of the inputs there.

IF THE COLOR WHEEL GOES OUT WILL IT ALSO MAKE THE LIGHT NOT COMED ON

Remove and inspect the lamp first to make sure it is not shattered--color wheel faces it and can cause this problem also--set monitors the speed and if wheel not running or running too slow it will shut down the set.

Look at wheel to make sure it is intact---some of them do come apart and pieces will be missing.

The color goes away, very blue and yellowish. tried to adjust in color menu, but it wont work. sometimes it comes in right for a short time, but then goes back

hi,
You have to check the color wheel of your projector. Every dlp projector have color wheels to provide color. if the rotation of the color wheel is not in corrct RPM this will happen. Also you have to check the color wheel RPM counter sensor. There will be a sensor near the color wheel To count the rotation of the color wheel. First of all you have to remove these two items carefully and clean it well. Then refix it and check. Added the picture of color wheel for your refference.

The color wheel is the most common problem when it comes to noise from DLP's. To determine if it is a color wheel or fan: Turn on the set. When the noise starts, turn off the set. If the noise goes away within 5 seconds, then the color wheel is bad. If the noise goes away after one to one and a half minutes after the set was shut off, then one of the fans are making the noise.
